Conventional Will:
The content of the Conventional Will is similar to the Will, you are accustomed to where you dictate how your assets are shared without any objection from any quarters.
Islamic Will:
The distribution has to do with the dictate of the Islamic Laws and any deviation in the distribution will vitiate the excess and reduce the benefits of the Beneficiaries to what is stated in the Islamic Laws.

The pricing is commensurate with the service rendered: STL Trustees offers the E-Will writing services and the lodging with various Probate Registries across Nigeria.
For writing the E-Will, the Testator pays a sum of N50,000 only.
Where the Will is lodged by STL Trustees on behalf of the Testator in any Probate Registry in Lagos State, the service attracts an additional sum of N25,000.
Where the Will is lodged on behalf of the Testator outside Lagos State, an additional cost would be charged as Out of Pocket for the service (All payments are made online on the Portal)
Lodging Content:
Where STL Trustees lodges on behalf of the Settlor, the Settlor ensures that the Will is printed out and duly signed. Thereafter the duly executed Will is forwarded to STL Trustees for registration at the appropriate Probate Registry. The Testator is required to provide two (2) passport photographs and means of identification to process the lodgment.

FEES:
Our fees for acting as Executor would be determined by the scope of our duty under the Will (whether we are to distribute the assets and wind down the Estate or to keep some asset under management and distribute the income earned on the assets) in which case our fee would be a percentage of the annual income generated from the assets.

We use the information to help populate your Will. We use return email addresses to answer the inquiries received from you. We may contact you by email or phone. As we grow our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings.
